    DEALS AND ACQUISIONS
    Yury has more than 20 years' experience in the financial field, starting his career with KPMG and continuing with different private equity funds in Moscow and Europe as CFO and Project leader.
    He joined the Netizen Group as Group Financial Director and his area of expertise covers development of the group financial strategy, investment appraisal and taking the lead role in the M&A transaction execution, forming assets financial and control system.
    He has a strong financial background, with an MBA in accounting and finance.

Evgeniy is a highly talented engineer who knows how to make a hotel comfortable for guests, convenient and reliable in operation and, at the same time, stay within budget.

          CONCEPT
          NETIZEN HOTEL | HOSTEL is a new hospitality format that combines advantages of budget accommodation and hotel management, service and infrastructure. It is a hybrid of a hostel and a hotel where guests are offered a variety of accommodation options: from shared dorms for a number of people to separate family rooms. Regardless of the accommodation option the hotel infrastructure is provided for guests: electronic keys, places to rest and work in public areas, WI-FI throughout the territory, increased sound insulation of doors and walls, video surveillance, modern fire extinguishing systems, a central ventilation and an air conditioning system.

          DESIGN
          What the Guest sees when he first enters the hotel, how convenient it is to use the socket in the room and work in the color scheme chosen for co-working - all these details form the Guest's impressions. That is why our team devotes such careful attention to the interior design of each property. The primary goal is an ideal symbiosis of the technical side of the design which provides comfort and visual parts which are creating a mood.
          The final goal is to see an interior that fits any situation while remaining as functional as possible, visually appealing and fashionable. The interior in which a student will feel comfortable as well as a couple with children, because there will be a space for everyone.

          FLEXIBILITY
          Staff: Reasonable combination of staff duties reduces the company's costs, allowing adhering to a democratic price policy, while maintaining a high level of provided services and profitability.
          Space: The 24-hour Reception is combined with the Bar, so Guests can have a snack at any time. Breakfast zone is combined with Lobby area or meeting space, which increases the functionality of each. Pointed zoning of the lobby space helps every Guest feel comfortable, regardless of the Hall size and the total number of Guests. Lounge area, Co-working zone and Meeting room could also be converted to other functions if necessary.
          Rooms: Private rooms and dorms give the broader choice for guests to choose the format of accommodation. All room types equipment is ergonomic, technological and creative; there are everything necessary and sufficient for a comfortable stay there and nothing superfluous.
